I am dedicated to personal and professional growth at all stages. The co-creation of meaning places a strong emphasis on collaborating with the Deaf community, contributing to social justice, and empowering Deaf clients, all of which inform my practice. I recognize my positionality while working with marginalized communities and strive to use a Deaf-centered model that considers the goals and needs expressed by the community. Lastly, maintaining an authentic sense of self ensures I will always act ethically by utilizing my experiences and decision-making framework to act congruently with my professional philosophy.
